We open at 07:00 – 12:30 (halfday option) / 17:30 (Fullday option). We follow the official school calendar and during holidays we have no formal schooling. We will NOT be open on public or departmental holidays. We start teaching at 08:00 and prefer that children will be on time for that.

Children must please be dropped off and collected at the class door. No child may leave the premises without permission or without an adult. Please arrange beforehand by SMS /Whatsup or in writing if someone else is collecting your child. When dropping off your child, please greet and leave, especially in the beginning.

Schoolfees are payable in advance before the 2nd of each month. One month notice must be given if your child is leaving the school. One month’s fees may be paid in lieu of notice. When fees are 2 months in arrears we will suspend the service until such time as fees are paid. November and December are NOT considered notice months.

School fees will be reviewed annually. We are limited in the number of children we can enroll and there are different classrooms and teachers for each group.

Kleinkind, Clever Kids and Tehilla are managed separately and as such have different rates, please use the links above to review the cost per school on each page.

Fridays: PAKKIEDAG
We have a fixed arrangement for Fridays. Each mom takes a turn once a year to make picnic packets on a Friday. The kids then buy the treat for R5,00. This is part of our fundraising for the year.

Refreshments:
You are responsible for your child’s 10:00 snack. Please choose a container with a lid that is easily opened and is fixed to the container. No sweets and / or chips, carbonated cooldrinks or junkfood allowed.

Water:
We have a water purification system, so there is no need to provide your child with cooldrink. If you do give them cooldrink, please do so in a bottle from which they do not have to remove the cap, eg. a Powerade bottle.

Bottle babies:
In our experience babies manage well with the drip –free cups (e.g. NUK), especially if they see others drinking from it. You can leave the bottles and pacifiers at home.

Absenteeism:
The children are still small. If you wish, please keep them home on special occasions. Just let us know if your child is going to be absent.

Birthdays:
You are welcome to arrange something at the school.

Toys:
NO toys may be brought to school.

Sick children:
Children with contagious illnesses or fever must please be kept at home.

Dress:
It is best to dress children in old clothes as they make a mess, play and paint on a daily basis. Please mark your child’s clothes with a permanent marker. In summer it is preferable for the children to come to school barefoot. Please remember to pack a change of clothes, especially underwear. If you wish to pick up a clean child at 17:00, please arrange beforehand and pack a change of clothes.
